Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange is available on all products.
• Customers must request an exchange within 2 days of delivery.

Exchange Process

• If pickup service is available at your location, our courier partner will arrange pickup.
• If pickup is not available, the customer will have to self-ship the product to our address.
• Exchange charges may apply depending on the case.

Conditions for Exchange

Exchange will be accepted only if:

• The product is unused and unwashed
• The product has original packaging and tags intact
• The product is not damaged by the customer
• The exchange request is raised within 2 days of delivery

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Customized or personalized products are not eligible for exchange
